Detroit Pistons Names BetRivers its Official Sports Betting Partner

BetRivers announced Thursday it signed multi-year sports betting partnership with the three-time NBA champions, Detroit Pistons. The announcement came a day before Midwest-based Rush Street Interactive’s (RSI) leading brand,, launched online sports betting in Michigan.

RSI is one of the leading online and sports betting companies in the US, and the deal will enable Pistons fans to play a one-of-its-kind and exciting free-to-play game, Fan Pick’em. Through this game, which is presented by BetRivers, fans can win fabulous prizes by going directly to the Pistons app. Besides, sports fans can also start betting on the Pistons through this partnership that also authorizes RSI to use the official Pistons logos and marks, in addition to promoting the BetRivers brand through multiple digital markets assets.

Michigan Sports Betting Launch

The Michigan sports betting market went live on Friday, January 22, 2021. On this day, was one of the lucky nine online sportsbooks to launch, offering sports betting lovers in Michigan access to millions of RSI’s wagering options on a huge variety of sports events across the year.

Anyone in the Wolverine State above the age of 21 is able to sign-up, deposit money through their mobile or computer devices, and start wagering right away. There is also an exciting array of digital casino games, including slot machines and table games, for gaming enthusiasts to choose from. RSI, A Formidable Name in US Sports Betting Market

Founded in 2012, Rush Street Interactive has grown to be a digital sportsbook market leader in the three most populous US states Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New York – that have regulated sports betting. The Chicago-based company launched its first online gaming casino website, Sugarhouse Casino, in New Jersey in September 2016. It was also the first gaming company to kick off a regulated digital gaming site in Pennsylvania. With BetRivers, RSI also became the first to launch legalized online gaming in the state of Indiana, Colorado, and lately Illinois.
