Launched in 2015, EuroMoon is a medium-sized casino that offers hundreds of slots from 54 game providers, including established developers such as Rival or BetSoft. Like other top offshore casinos, they also have a well-rounded selection of table games and live dealer options sourced from several streaming studios. Plus, their welcome package consists of three large deposit bonuses and 150 free spins.
All things considered, it’s a tempting offer, but unfortunately, the people running the show here simply aren’t worth anyone’s time or money.
EuroMoon is owned by GameTech, which is enough to earn them a spot on most casino blacklists. This company is notorious for its unethical business practices when it comes to casino bonuses and payments. On top of that, they played a pivotal role in an ugly software piracy scandal, and they actively try to deceive their customers by hiding their involvement with the casinos they operate.
This becomes readily apparent when you visit EuroMoon Casino’s About Us page:
Not only do they deny their players even the most basic company information, but they won’t even tell you how long they’ve been running EuroMoon.
Licensing information is also nowhere to be found, although we do know that all GameTech sites operate under a license issued in Curacao.
The Security Policy section of EuroMoon’s website also reads like a joke:

In 2016, AffPower, a GameTech subsidiary, found itself embroiled in a scandal that involved pirated software and a lack of transparency. Their problems began when it was revealed that the all US online casinos on the AffPower affiliate network were hosting pirated Novomatic games. Following a significant backlash from the casino community, these games were promptly removed, only to be replaced with pirated NetEnt titles.
If this situation wasn’t absurd enough, the news outlet that broke the story reported that AffPower launched a negative SEO campaign against them, and it turned out that the pirated NetEnt software was made available through casinomodyle.com, a domain designed to resemble NetEnt’s official casinomodule.com.
Both experts and bloggers were quick to point out that the pirated games weren’t connected to official NetEnt jackpots, so the progressive wins players could get with AffPower looked insignificant when compared to their legitimate counterparts. Players were also warned that the random number generator providing outcomes for the pirated games was likely tampered with and that their fairness could be compromised.
The backlash eventually forced AffPower to remove the games, and they attempted to shift the blame to GameTech. GameTech, in turn, pointed to their software supplier, who purportedly deceived them by supplying AffPower casinos with unlicensed software. Needless to say, this explanation didn’t convince any skeptics, so GameTech decided to distance itself from the failing AffPower brand.
Their plan was to launch new online casinos via shell companies. The first two international casino sites were founded under a company called Alpha Interactive Solutions, but they were quickly linked back to GameTech because they still operated under the old Curacao license.
The cat and mouse game continued for a while, but eventually, GameTech simply abandoned the practice of publishing any company- or licensing-related information on their casino sites. Thus, even though you won’t learn this from their About Us section, EuroMoon Casino actually has several rogue sister sites, which include Enzo Casino, Osiris Casino, OrientXpress Casino, Casino SuperLines, Casino1 Club, Park Lane Casino, and Cashpot Casino.
EuroMoon’s welcome bonus is a rotten deal – not because of the playthrough, but because of this little rule hidden in the bonus T&Cs:
“Player’s use of any real money bonuses will be audited against the terms and conditions of the casino to ensure fair gaming and proper use of bonuses which includes but not limited to irregular play and betting rules. Real cash bonus is not cashable and must be wagered before any withdrawal request can be made. The maximum cashout is x10 of the real cash bonus received and any excess amount will be removed upon approval of the withdrawal request.”
Essentially, this downgrades the math model of all games that allow for high payouts. The impact of this rule is particularly insidious when it comes to slots. If you can’t win a real jackpot when you get lucky and you still lose the same amount of money per spin on average, the return to player rate simply takes a nosedive. It’s a sneaky way to give the house a higher edge.
As ridiculous as this sounds for a real-money casino app, EuroMoon has an arbitrary maximum winnings limit – if you score more than $100,000 in a single day, the casino will void the excess money. This is even more problematic than the bonus-related withdrawal restriction because it’s significantly worse for large and medium-sized accounts. Funnily enough, this rule isn’t mentioned on the Withdrawal Policy page – you’ll need to read the general T&Cs to find it.
If you make a small deposit, you’ll be affected by a different rule, which is also unfair and absurd:
Still, rule #6 absolutely takes the cake here. If you’re a problem gambler and you put a deposit limit on your account to maintain better control over your casino spending, you’ll be hit with a limit that’s even more unfair than all of the aforementioned restrictions. Truly vile stuff.
Limiting withdrawals to $5,000 per month almost looks innocent compared to that, but it’s still an egregious rule that can have dire consequences for anyone who actually manages to hit the $100,000 jackpot limit. Such a player would have to wait at least 20 months to cash out, and that’s assuming they never used a betting system because that could give EuroMoon staff an excuse to confiscate all of their funds:
Technically, EuroMoon Casino isn’t a straight-up criminal site, but their complete lack of business ethics makes it easy to miss the difference if you make the mistake of trusting them with your money. Their Terms & Conditions are designed to decrease your odds of winning, and their extensive game library will do you no good since all the arbitrary restrictions and limits make the overall experience decidedly unfun.
The same holds true for all the other GameTech sites, as they are almost carbon copies of one another. The differences are purely cosmetic, and none of them are worth anyone’s time. You’re better off playing at safe and reputable online casinos instead.
