Wynn Las Vegas Wins Award for ‘Best Sin City Hotel’ for Fourth Time

Spread the Word:

For the fourth year in a row, Wynn Las Vegas resort and casino has been named the number one hotel in Las Vegas, according to the Travel + Leisure 2023 World’s Best Awards.

This prestigious list honors the top hotels, resorts, travel destinations, and companies worldwide, as rated by readers. The award is a testament to the resort’s commitment to providing exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and unforgettable experiences.

Wynn topped the Las Vegas list once again this year, beating The Waldorf Las Vegas in second place and the Cosmpolitan in 3rd spot.

“This luxurious Las Vegas Strip resort has been a reader favorite for years, thanks to its all-under-one-roof approach and phenomenal service that never fails to impress voters,” the final list said.

Steve Weitman, President of Wynn Las Vegas, expressed his gratitude to the hard-working employees whose dedication to delivering the highest level of service has contributed to this achievement.

“Their commitment to creating unforgettable experiences and fostering a world-class atmosphere allows us to once again be awarded the title of “Best Hotel in Las Vegas” by Travel + Leisure – a recognition we’re thrilled to receive,” he said in a press release.

The Wynn Difference

This year, Wynn debuted the “only-in-Las Vegas” spectacle, Awakening. This show features acrobatics, soaring aerialists, and high-energy choreography set in the technologically immersive “Awakening Theater.”

In addition to its entertainment offerings, Wynn also introduced “Wynn Living Well,” a program with curated health and wellness experiences based around three pillars – renew, refresh, and energize.

Following last year’s design update to its 2,674 guest rooms, Wynn recently introduced the gourmet express dining concept Caffè Al Teatro, as well as Michelin-recognized Min’s Test Kitchen.

Future Prospects

The 2023 World’s Best Awards were determined by votes from thousands of Travel + Leisure readers, compiled through an annual survey.

Readers defined excellence in the “Hotels” category by evaluating criteria including rooms and facilities, location, service, food, and value.

Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more “Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards” than any other independent hotel company in the world, and in 2023, was once again honored on FORTUNE Magazine’s “World’s Most Admired Companies” list.

Wynn and Encore Las Vegas consist of two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,748 spacious hotel rooms, suites, and villas.

The resort features approximately 194,000 square feet of casino space, 20 signature dining experiences, 14 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 513,000 rentable square feet of meeting and convention space, and approximately 174,000 square feet of retail space.

That’s on top of two showrooms, two nightclubs, a beach club, and recreation and leisure facilities, including Wynn Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course.

Wynn also announced last week it will soon become the first Las Vegas hotel to have a dedicated stop on the Las Vegas loop. The new transportation project, backed by the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, aims to have 25 miles of underground tunnels connecting major city sights.

The latest high-tech addition to the award-winning resort was completed in a new manner to avoid disrupting Wynn’s Golf Club operations. The station is nearly ready for launch and should open in 2024.
